Yes. That is me singing at the start of the video. I know it's beautiful. I should quit drumming. Hell, screw chemical engineering. I'm persuing a career in vocals.
Along with the three other covers that I posted today, this is labeled a "quick" drum cover. I only recorded what, two takes for this one? And I'm quite happy with the result, keeping that in mind.
It's far from perfect, but oddly enough, that's what makes it charming. I would never compose a cover from multiple takes, but even going as far as only recording a couple of takes... that's honest drumming.
Also, the camera angle couldn't be more fucked.
